Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager, Software Implementation, you will lead the charge in ensuring the successful deployment of our EndoTool solution across healthcare systems. You’ll collaborate with clinical and technical teams to plan, install, test, and launch EndoTool while keeping projects on track and clients satisfied.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Lead Implementation Projects: Oversee the planning and execution of EndoTool software installations from start to finish.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with clinical and technical experts to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure Project Success: Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate Multiple Projects: Successfully manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Facilitate Communication: Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams and clients.
