iqx the Technology Division of iqbusiness is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in leading software development projects within Agile frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing cross-functional teams, delivering complex software solutions on time and within scope, and working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development projects.
  • Proven track record delivering projects in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD practices is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end software projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX/UI, DevOps) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps to manage workflows and documentation.
