This team operates at the heart of customer transformation, ensuring projects run smoothly from planning to execution while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions. A Project Manager at SoftwareOne leads professional services engagements, ensuring projects meet scope, timelines, milestones, budget, and quality standards. They manage planning and delivery using the SoftwareOne Project Delivery Framework (pmONE), coordinating with Account Managers, Presales, and technical teams such as Solution Architects and Consultants. Additionally, they oversee collaboration with customers, corporate teams, and third-party vendors to successfully implement SoftwareOne solutions. Key responsibilities: Project Planning & Delivery Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, milestones, and quality standards. Stakeholder & Client Management Serve as the primary contact for senior-level clients, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships. Risk, Issue & Financial Management Identify and mitigate risks, monitor project health, and manage costs to ensure financially healthy projects. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and support project teams, facilitate resource allocation, and promote knowledge sharing within the PMO community. Reporting & Governance Prepare and distribute project status reports, ensure compliance with delivery frameworks, and maintain accurate documentation in supporting systems. Business Development & Continuous Improvement Support presales activities, identify upsell opportunities, and drive process improvements for operational excellence. What we need to see from you Education & Certification Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP, Prince2, Agile PM, or SCRUM certification preferred. Experience Relevant experience in project management, with proven success in managing complex IT projects and consulting engagements. Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, M365, AWS) and experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, CRM). Leadership & Communication Skills Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts effectively. Analytical & Organizational Skills Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities; highly organized with attention to detail. Business Acumen & Continuous Improvement Ability to drive cost-benefit analysis, change management, and process improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of excellence.
