Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

You will be reporting to the Head of Projects as a key member of the project delivery team. We are looking for an astute and driven Project Manager who will excel in working in a fast- paced, rapidly growing company and within a rewarding industry.
This is an integral role within the company and suitable for candidates who want to make a real difference in the operations of the business, have similar commercial project coordination experience, strong customer and negotiation skills, have a keen eye for detail, are self-motivated and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
This is a highly encompassing role working directly with customers and across all areas of the Company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Creating and managing project programmes
  • Assisting in and working to project cost plans
  • Overseeing all aspects of project delivery and reporting on project progress
  • Ensuring all customer and project requirements are met and conveyed to relevant departments
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, sub- contractors and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of project
  • Developing in-depth and expert understanding of all products and services offered to customers
  • Developing in-depth and expert understanding of all company processes and project requirements
  • Developing in-depth and expert understanding of all site requirements, including but not limited to: environmental, ground and other site conditions, which impact the products and services to be supplied
  • Technical information and documentation supplied by customers/suppliers to advise on site requirements
  • Assisting with tendering and bidding for work
  • Keeping up to date on current costings and lead times with finance, engineering and manufacturing departments to ensure budgets and programmes are achievable, correct and are met
  • Ensuring all requirements including technical and commercial are relevant and achievable
  • Being main point of contact for customers, dealing with issues and notifying customers of issues or delays
  • Reporting on project progress to Senior Management
  • Carrying out any other relevant tasks to ensure that the above disciplines are fully covered off
  • Working to and supporting in continuous improvement of Company processes and plans
  • Participating in training and keep up to date with all products and services
