Location: North Aurora, IL  FLSA Status: Exempt Job Summary: The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing HVAC projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The HVAC Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. * Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks. * Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. * Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
