ABOUT THE ROLE

As a key member of our site management team, you will lead projects through all phases of the lifecycle, from planning to execution. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier professionals and play a vital role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and site teams.
• Ensure accurate, timely project delivery while reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager.
• Lead and manage a project team of site engineers, quantity surveyors, and foremen.
• Source and negotiate cost-efficient quotes from subcontractors and suppliers without compromising quality.
• Manage project costs, assisting in valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Offer advice on contractual claims and dispute resolutions while maintaining thorough documentation.
