What You’ll Be Doing:
Take full ownership of BMS project delivery — from kick-off to commissioning and closeout Create and manage detailed project plans (budgets, timelines, resources, risks) Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors across a portfolio of South West and Wales-based projects Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams — keeping communication clear and outcomes aligned Oversee on-site activity, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and technical standards Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement Identify commercial opportunities, variations, and additional client requirements throughout the project lifecycle Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure full contractual compliance
