Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Project Manager to spearhead the implementation and management of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who has delivered a similar project to drive transformational change. You will be at the forefront of ensuring successful system implementation, integrations and collaborating with Change Manager, Subject Matter Experts, People, Learning and Culture, IT and Employees and Leaders across the organisation.
Business Analyst to join our Technology & Transformation team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the crucial link between projects and stakeholders, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and successfully implemented. You will play a key role in supporting the analysis, delivery, testing, and deployment of solutions that optimise our operations and enhance the experience of those we serve.
This is a fixed term position until the end of July working at our central office in Rivervale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee an HRIS project from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements and align system functionality with organizational goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support.
- Ensure seamless integration of HRIS with existing systems, processes, and data structures.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and successful transition to new systems or processes.
- Stay updated on HRIS trends and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience leading an HRIS project.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and data management.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Humanforce HCM, or similar.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration across diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)
