THE ROLE

Timeline Touring in collaboration with 724 Management is a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Project Manager – Touring to oversee all aspects of planning, execution, and delivery of live touring projects. This role is central to ensuring tours are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate has a passion for live events, exceptional logistical and interpersonal skills, and thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of touring projects, from pre-production through to final performance and wrap-up.
  • Develop and manage tour schedules, budgets, contracts, and production timelines.
  • Coordinate with artists, agents, venues, crew, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries for crew and talent.
  • Oversee technical and production requirements in collaboration with production and stage managers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all tour locations.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks, solve logistical challenges, and provide real-time problem-solving during the tour.
  • Track project deliverables and provide regular updates to internal teams and stakeholders. Lead post-tour evaluations and compile reports to improve future processes.
