We are seeking a skilled experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a client-facing Project Manager at Spinutech, you will manage highly complex web-based solutions involving digital marketing, e-commerce, custom web development and integrations of CMS and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple web-based projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including defining project scope, estimating, planning, analysis and design, development, deployment, and closure
  • Establish project milestones and actively monitor progress to ensure timely, successfully completion of projects
  • Develop and maintain key project deliverables, such as project plans, scope documents, communication plans, status reports, and financial and risk management plans
  • Build credibility and trust with clients to ensure projects align with their needs and expectations
  • Oversee ongoing maintenance of web or digital marketing client sites, including updates, feature enhancements, design support, content creation, and audits
  • Provide weekly status reports and other required communications to keep clients informed on project progress
  • Identify and prioritize project objectives and potential risks
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and offer guidance to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Proactively flag and collaboratively work through any conflicts within the project lifecycle to ensure efficient staff utilization
  • Monitor, track and escalate issues as appropriate for prompt resolution
