Description
Short Description The Project Manager Sponsorship is responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of sponsorship-related projects. This is a temporary (12months) maternity cover role, where ideal candidate is bringing strong stake-holder managemnet and willingness to work in a complex environment.Main Responsibilities   Develop and manage concepts and strategies for Sponsorships, Partnerships and Exhibitors, including creating outreach strategies and sponsorship prospectuses Supports the roll-out and implementations of business development initiatives Develops and maintains relationships with key partners Maintains a list of single points on contacts for Key Accounts (Partner, Sponsors, Exhibitors) Accountable for Sponsorship management process Business development withing marketing Key Interfaces Requestor from F&O Marketing team Surgeons External Partners Main Requirements   University degree in marketing, business, or communications, or at least 5 years professional experience in the field Proven record of professional experience in Business Development, Sponsorship, or relationship building (3-5 years)​ Experience in medical events/course organization would be an advantage Good communication  and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relations with Health Care Professionals at all levels and broader stakeholders ​ Excellent customer orientation and knowledge Good problem solving and strong analytical skills A collaborative, solution-focused approach, ability to collaborate well with others and work cross-functionally across the organization​ Effective Team player skills through consistent reliability and support​ Good project management skills, ability to plan and prioritize tasks  Excellent written and verbal English, other regional relevant languages are a plus
