Position Summary: Job Summary: We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Logistics Implementation team. This role is tailored for someone who is assertive, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead onboarding projects for 3PL Warehouse and Carrier customers, ensuring smooth implementation of SPS solutions from start to finish. Essential Responsibilities / Duties Project Ownership: Manage onboarding projects from sale closure through handoff to support, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. Customer Advocacy: Engage directly with 3PL and Carrier customers to understand their needs and translate requests into actionable project plans aligned with SPS capabilities. Results-Driven Execution: Deliver high-quality projects on time while driving positive customer outcomes. Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with confidence, partnering with experts within your team to identify solutions that keep projects on track while addressing customer needs. Collaboration and Adaptability: Work across teams and adjust to evolving project requirements, leveraging flexibility and creativity to maintain progress. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for workflow enhancements and advocate for changes that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of project management experience Strong problem solving & analytic ability Quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multitask Proven ability to handle multiple projects Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment What Success Looks Like A self-starter who takes initiative and confidently drives projects forward, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Results-driven execution that consistently delivers high-quality outcomes aligned with customer expectations. Preferred Experience Familiarity with the 3PL/Carrier segment or logistics operations. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to lead teams and drive results without direct authority. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in dynamic environments. Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. Salesforce experience is a plus but not required. Location: This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our US MN Minneapolis office. The annual salary range for this role is: $72,200.00 – $88,330.00. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
