Lead and manage Agile projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Address and resolve impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
Oversee and manage server operations, both Windows and Non-Windows environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to server operations.
Ensure the implementation, research, and development of IT solutions are aligned with project goals.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and final deliverables.
Generate comprehensive reports on project performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Ensure transparency and effective communication with stakeholders regarding project status and progress.
Promote and implement best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
Manage and facilitate Scrum practices in robotics projects, if applicable.
Leverage previous experience in robotics to drive project success and innovation
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related IT fields.
Over 3-5 years of experience in a senior role as a Scrum Master.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Expertise in Server Operations (both Windows and Non-Windows).
Experience in troubleshooting Server Operations (both Windows and Non-Windows).
Experience in implementing, researching, and developing IT solutions.
Previous experience as a Scrum Master in robotics projects is highly desirable.
Strong ability to create comprehensive reports and documentation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
