PROJECT MANAGER – CIVIL EARTHWORKS

We’re working on behalf of a well-established, Calgary-based civil earthworks contractor with a strong track record delivering high-quality grading, excavation, and underground utility projects across the commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors. As they continue to grow and take on more complex work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project delivery and ensure successful execution from start to finish.

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from tender through to close-out, for multiple earthworks and civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee subcontractor management, procurement, and cost control processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, progress, and safety standards are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues that could impact timelines or budget.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
