Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction of industrial projects in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials, with a focus on delivering projects to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices in the UAE, particularly in Dubai.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications or additional qualifications in project management would be advantageous

    Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the construction team, including subcontractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor performance to ensure adherence to timelines and financial targets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
  • Oversee compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements, and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact construction progress, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommended actions.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process, and conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with design and specifications.
  • Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
