We are seeking a Project Manager who thrives in collaborative environments, builds strong client relationships, and is committed to excellence in project delivery. What You’ll Do * Lead and manage multidisciplinary projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality. * Coordinate with engineers, architects, planners, and technical specialists to deliver integrated solutions. * Communicate proactively with clients, agencies, and internal teams. * Support permitting, regulatory reviews, and compliance tasks. * Identify risks, mitigate challenges, and promote continuous improvement.   What You Bring * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or planning (required). * 5+ years of progressive experience in the A/E/C or planning industry. * Licensure preferred (PE, RA, AIA, AICP); candidates pursuing licensure encouraged to apply. * Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.   PMP Requirement * PMP certification required within 12 months of hire (SSFM provides training and reimbursement support). * Current PMP or related credentials (PgMP, CCM) are a plus.   Salary Range $90,000 – $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience, licensure, and project management capability.
