As our Project Manager, you’ll oversee all electrical project delivery from planning to handover. You’ll lead a skilled team, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, manage client relationships, ensure compliance, and maintain safety, budget and program controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage electrical construction projects, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, safety, and quality.
  • Drive site safety and compliance through leadership, documentation, and training.
  • Oversee project schedules, procurement, budgets, labour resourcing and subcontractor management.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships and attend key site meetings.
  • Implement quality assurance processes, project reporting, and design reviews.
  • Ensure all activities align with Star Group’s management systems and values.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Trade-qualified in Electrical or a relevant construction discipline.
  • Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale electrical projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive outcomes and lead high-performing teams.
  • Experience in estimating, planning, procurement, and working with design documentation.
