PROJECT MANAGER – STEEP SLOPE ROOFING

Location: Bellevue, WA | Full-time | W-2 Employee
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join Orca Roofing & Exteriors, focused on steep slope/shingle roofing projects. This is a management role where you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. While primarily a project manager, you must also be ready to go “bags on” and jump on the roof to solve problems when needed.

• Manage steep slope roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality completion
• Coordinate crews, materials, and schedules
• Provide problem-solving support on-site when necessary
• Maintain strong communication with homeowners, crews, and leadership
• Ensure safety and compliance across all projects
