WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Project Manager, you will be under the guidance of the global project manager, in charge of global industrial project, global (sustainable) capex project and global asset management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As project owner responsible for planning and execution of global industrial projects and oversee the various stages of project development. Involved at every level of the drawing and contract document preparation from FEED, tender to construction and as-built. Coordinate with various project parties, monitor drawing and contract document revision, monitor site variations and control the cost, make sure that the various parts are processing, and that the project works as a whole.
Planning and evaluation of Capex Initiatives on financial and sustainable performance;
Lead various stake holders through project approval, quotation and execution stage.
Define critical equipment per depot based on business contingency risk analysis.
Apply preventive maintenance according to asset management philosophy.
Secure availability of spare parts of selected critical equipment.
