Overview We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Delivery Team, delivering projects across clean and wastewater sites. • Up to £55k• Company car or car allowance There’s never been a more exciting time to join us. What you'll be doing You will be responsible for delivering client projects in a highly collaborative and proactive manner, ensuring that work is completed within clearly defined budgets and timescale. • Plan effectively from pre-construction to post-construction in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and best working practices. • Ensure the role in the capacity of temporary works coordinator is fulfilled adequately and in line with training. • Oversee Project and Site Coordinators, providing guidance where required. • Produce site files, including but not limited to the project programme, RAMS, CPPs, and quality documentation. • Accept the role of principle contractor on behalf of the company, and if required, ensure the correct measures are in place for suitable management of sub- contractors. • Create and maintain effective communication and a good working relationship with the client through meeting attendance, site visits, portal updates and so on. • Ensure an understanding of the Company's Health and Safety Policy and the allocated responsibilities under the Health and Safety At Work Act including those under the CDM Regulations 2015.
