ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Project Manager will oversee the construction pipeline of rooming houses, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role will also encompass the management of financial processes with a view to eventually owning more responsibility of budgets and project profit margins.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience leading large teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the delivery of a pipeline of construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and budget.
• Manage project engagement margin, setup and manage various financial processes across the organization
• Support construction site supervisors in daily operations and provide clarity on project questions.
