The ideal candidate thrives in a founder-led environment, can manage multiple workstreams with pace and discipline, and approaches problem-solving with both practicality and respect for the brand’s creative vision. Duties & Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Support the lifecycle of store expansion projects — from concept development and feasibility through construction, opening, and post-launch stabilization. Develop project trackers, critical paths, and milestone calendars that keep workstreams aligned and moving with urgency. Coordinate approvals, design handoffs, landlord deliverables, permitting timelines, and vendor schedules to maintain momentum. Identify risks and interdependencies early, escalating thoughtfully and partnering on solutions with leadership. Cross-Functional Partnership Work closely with Design to protect creative intent while supporting buildability, timelines, and operational needs. Partner with Retail & Hospitality leadership to ensure openings are operationally ready and fully aligned to ALD’s in-store experience standards. Collaborate with IT, Facilities, HR, and Finance to ensure project readiness, staffing milestones, and budget visibility. Prepare project updates, status recaps, and executive summaries for leadership review. Budget & Vendor Coordination Support cost-tracking, invoice routing, change-order logs, and budget updates in partnership with Finance. Maintain organized documentation across contracts, permits, insurance, schedules, and close-out packages. Assist with vendor onboarding and coordination, ensuring partners reflect ALD’s quality expectations and working style. Brand Standards, Craftsmanship & Opening Readiness Help ensure physical environments are delivered with precision, material integrity, and alignment to the brand’s aesthetic language. Support punch-list creation, quality audits, and post-open issue tracking. Contribute to opening readiness plans, staffing timelines, and turnover to retail leadership. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in project management within retail expansion, construction, or real estate development; experience in premium, design-driven, or hospitality environments preferred. Strong understanding of build-out workflows, permitting, scheduling, and milestone-based project delivery. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects across markets simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing leadership-level updates. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, etc.). Comfortable operating in a founder-led environment with evolving priorities and creative input. High level of ownership, discretion, and professionalism. Salary Range: £66,000 - £80,000
