Responsibilities

PLAY A KEY ROLE IN EXECUTING OUR GROWTH STRATEGY AS PROJECT MANAGER, STRATEGY EXECUTION.

As part of our growth strategy, the Strategic Execution team is expanding its remit to deliver with excellence across a broader portfolio of work. We’re looking for a Project Manager to partner closely with our General Manager of Strategic Projects Delivery & Change to help manage the next evolution of this function and drive key strategic initiatives forward.
This role has two core components: working alongside the GM to support the delivery of enterprise-wide strategic programs, and managing cross-functional projects across our shared services teams. It’s a newly created role with broad scope, requiring a proactive, adaptable project manager who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:



    • Scope Management: Document project scope (In/Out) and deliverables ensuring alignment to project goals and objectives

    • Roles & Responsibilities: Define and implement an appropriate project governance framework, outlining the various roles and responsibilities of individuals involved in the project
    • Schedule Management: Create the baseline schedule, identify critical path and key milestones, and manage delivery to this plan
    • Dependency Management: Identify, maintain and manage up and down stream dependencies of the project
    • Resource Management: Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocation
    • Financial Management: Sets and monitors project budget
    • Issue & Risk Management: Ensure appropriate identification, mitigation and timely reporting/escalation of project issues and risks is in place
    • Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and management.
    • Project Closure: Complete project closure report to ensure smooth transition to relevant stakeholders and assist post implementation review (PIR) to capture lessons learned
