MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, organizational management, or a related field is required
• Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or quantitative discipline, will be given preference
• Minimum 3 years of experience required in project management and data analysis with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.
• Experience in healthcare process improvement and health information technology implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience, process reengineering, organizational design, and/or change management experience preferred.
• Business consulting experience with a major firm is strongly preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.
