Job Position Lead end-to-end substation delivery, managing design to commissioning, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring safety/compliance, and controlling cost, schedule, risks, and integration.Job Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of substation projects (HV/MV, e.g. 115kV / 230kV) supporting data center developments Manage project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning Coordinate with utility (PEA/MEA), consultants, EPC contractors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety (EHS), and data center reliability requirements Monitor project progress, cost, schedule, and risks; drive mitigation actions Support interface management between substation, MEP, and data center core & shell works Oversee energization and integration with data center critical power systems  Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. 8–15 years of experience in substation / power infrastructure projects Experience in data center, power plant, or critical facilities is highly preferred Strong knowledge of HV systems, transformers, switchgear, protection & relay Familiar with project management tools and contract management (EPC) Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).  Ability to travel/work upcountry and abroad. Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
