About the role Job Summary The role is responsible for managing technical projects or processes independently with limited supervision. The role includes solving complex problems through investigation and analysis, and managing projects / processes independently with limited supervision. Typically coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. Job Responsibilities Manage technical projects from initiation to completion on time. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Project cost monitor and control, and money collection follow up. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Typically a University degree, majored in mechanical, engineering, or business management. At least of 5–7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role. Being familiar with motors or pumps is an advantage. Strong project management and engineering skills. Good English skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
