We are now looking for a

YOUR PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Understanding the quantum technology, industry and applications. Understanding of the future development of the field, market needs and global trends.
  • You have several years’ (5+) project management experience in demanding technology projects.
  • Preferably experience in coordinating or managing large EU projects.
  • M. Sc. or Ph.D. in relevant field.
  • You have several years of experience in hardware R&D type of work, preferably in the field of quantum technologies (preferably superconducting/semiconductor/cryogenics or adjacent deep-tech).
  • Willingness to travel especially within Europe.
  • Professional English language skills (spoken and written). Finnish language is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Leading the superconducting quantum pilot line project and the project team of around 100 persons.
  • Managing project throughout the entire execution, ensuring scope, budget and timeline are met.
  • Taking responsibility of project deliverables, project monitoring and project reporting.
  • Ensuring project quality standards are met.
  • Promoting the pilot line and services at national and international events.
  • Creating and nurturing national and international collaboration networks with significant impact.
  • Creating collaboration and partnership agreements and summarizing IP offering
  • Participating in preparing new offering and projects.
