Description
Project Manager The ideal candidate will lead and manage project-based operations from initiation to completion. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee projects from concept to completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and documentation to management. Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships. Ensure timely project handover and conduct post-project evaluations. Candidate profile: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field. Five to eight years of proven experience in project management or a similar role. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors. Strong knowledge of project planning tools and reporting techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
