About the role Join our mission to combat fraud and money laundering by managing the operational launch of our next generation of products. This is a high-impact, hands-on role perfect for a Project Manager who thrives on building structure in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will be the operational engine that drives execution. You will be the central coordinator, working closely with all stakeholders (including Legal, Sales, Marketing, Development, and Operations) to ensure a clear path from concept to launch. This is not a 'maintain the status quo' role. We are in a scale-up phase where our colleagues value speed and freedom. Your biggest challenge—and opportunity—will be to introduce essential structure and process without stifling the entrepreneurial spirit. You will be the core operational force for this critical project. Your primary focus is on efficient execution and coordination: Planning & Scoping: Define the project scope and set clear objectives for each contributing team. Create and manage a detailed operational plan and timeline to ensure clarity on action points and dependencies. Coordination & Execution: Set and track key project milestones. Manage the overall schedule and progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and resources are utilized efficiently. Administration & Follow-Up: Own the project meeting cadence. Run effective meetings, document detailed minutes, meticulously track and communicate action points, and ensure timely follow-through. Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for potential operational risks that could impact the project timeline or success. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders. Keep everyone—from senior leadership to individual contributors—informed on progress, bottlenecks, and next steps through clear, consistent updates. About you We are looking for an operational project manager who has managed end to end projects before. Some who can plot the lines and set the framework for project execution and can define processes that allow teams to operate efficiently while maintaining a sense of ownership and agility. This role requires a unique blend of organizational rigor, collaborative leadership, and soft-touch diplomacy. Furthermore: 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Project Manager driving complex software product or business initiatives, preferably in a start up/scale up environment, in banking, payments, fintech domain Technical aptitude sufficient to understand the product subject matter and discuss scope with development teams Exceptional Organizational & Planning Skills: Proven ability to create, maintain, and drive progress against detailed operational plans and timelines. Communication & Decision-Making: Highly effective verbal and written communication. You can successfully manage complex discussions, extract clear decisions from ambiguity, and motivate diverse teams. Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical approach to identifying roadblocks and implementing effective solutions swiftly. Adaptability: The ability to gracefully adjust to changing circumstances, priorities, and requirements while keeping the project moving forward.
