Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Project Management Planning includes setting goals and objectives, defining roles, and producing schedules and timelines for tasks – in accordance with the needs of our client.
  • Manage scope creep, track project development/milestone, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide project updates to internal management and client.
  • Ensure action items are acted upon in a timely manner.
  • Report and escalate to higher management as needed.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Provide thorough follow through and deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Client management – this include manage customers’ expectations, be responsive to customers’ requests, balance team workload & deliverables, etc.

Requirements

  • 4 years or more in IT Management/Application Project Management
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science or related
  • Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodology
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Problem solver and critical thinker
  • Project and time management skills
  • Open Minded, analytical mind and research orientation
  • Certification in PMP or any other project management certification.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management is a plus
