JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects-from pre-construction planning through closeout. This role is responsible for schedules, budgets, manpower, subcontractors, and on-site safety. The Project Manager will collaborate with superintendents, design teams, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Leadership & Team Management: Ability to inspire and manage consultants, subcontractors, and staff.
  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, MS Project).
  • Budget & Cost Control: Strong financial oversight and resource allocation skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and contracts.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus on documentation, quality, and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial or residential construction.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Pre-Construction
  • Participate in design and planning meetings with clients and consultants.
  • Conduct constructability reviews and coordinate drawings across disciplines.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents and reviewing cost estimates.
  • Develop trade scopes of work, tender lists, and detailed project schedules.
  • Support contract drafting, subcontractor evaluations, and trade awards.
  • Onboard site personnel including superintendents and project staff.
