MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• HS Diploma/ GED, plus 5+ years experience in Entertainment Industry or Project ManagementOR Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Theatre or Live Event related field, plus 2+ years’ experience in Entertainment Industry or Project Management
• The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Strong knowledge of following software:
• Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Project scheduling (e.g. MS Project, Asana)
• Budget management and analysis (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (e.g. Epicor, SAP)

POSITION PURPOSE

They are accountable for the entire project scope, budget, team, and resources, leading to the successful execution of the project.
