Description
The Project Manager at Tajalla will be responsible for guiding project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with business objectives and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a diverse team, manage timelines, budget allocations, and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget • Develop project scopes and objectives, while involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to provide project updates • Identify and mitigate potential risks that may hinder project success • Foster a positive team environment and manage team dynamics to maximize productivity • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience as a project manager or in a similar role • Strong understanding of project management methodologies • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities
