Become a part of our team! We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of projects within our business. The primary purpose of this role is to provide strategic direction and leadership across all project execution and coordination activities to ensure successful project delivery while maximising profitability within agreed scope, schedule, and budget constraints. As the critical interface between clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving project performance, managing risks, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved. Provide strategic direction and oversight across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities. Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost control, and financial performance to maximise project profitability. Administer head contracts and subcontracts, including variations, claims, contractual obligations, and commercial negotiations. Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and progress reports. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while implementing effective contingency plans. Coordinate internal, global, and third-party resources to ensure efficient project execution and delivery. Manage procurement activities, including subcontractor engagement, supplier performance, major equipment purchases, and contract close-out. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular project reporting and performance updates to clients and senior management. Ensure compliance with company quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned to enhance future project delivery. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A degree in Engineering and/or Project Management qualifications (preferred). 5–10 years of project delivery experience, including experience in a Project Manager role. A proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering, construction, mining, or industrial projects. Strong commercial and contract management skills, including experience managing variations and claims. Experience working within Design & Construct (D&C) project environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, including MS Project. Exposure to bulk materials handling, mineral processing, or related heavy industry sectors (desirable). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive projects to successful outcomes. Responsibilities
