CardoO is hiring Portfolio Manager Job Responsibilities: -Oversee and prioritize a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with business strategy. -Optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient delivery across all projects. -Prepare portfolio reports and communicate progress and insights to leadership and stakeholders. -Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate portfolio reviews and alignment meetings. -Ensure compliance with portfolio governance, standards, and best practices Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred). -Minimum 5 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management within a business or technology environment. -Professional certifications such as PMP, PfMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Google Project Management Certificate are preferred. -Strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks. -Proven ability to oversee multiple projects, evaluate priorities, and align initiatives with organizational strategy. -Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to build strong executive and cross-functional relationships. -Experience guiding project managers and coordinating across departments or business units. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven portfolio decisions. -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex portfolios with competing priorities - Have an experience in MENA GULF Area
