CardoO is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning to successful delivery. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication Lead cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance Track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders Ensure proper project governance and documentation Drive continuous improvement in project processes and workflows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field PMP certification (or equivalent) is a plus Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software development or tech environments Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively Competitive salary package Social and medical insurance Company-provided laptop Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment Career growth and professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive team culture Structured working hours (9–5 or 10–6) with on-site presence in New Cairo
