The Human Resources department at INSEAD focuses on talent development and management, implementing strategies to attract, train, and retain top professionals. It plays a key role in promoting a culture of learning and innovation within the institution. INSEAD is seeking a Project Manager, Talent to join our Human Resources Department. This is a full-time, temporary 9 months contract position (CDD, maternity cover) based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home. About the job Reporting to the Executive Director, Talent and Business Partnering, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives across Talent Management & Development, Performance Management, and Culture. In this role, you will continuously seek to improve our people processes to meet the evolving needs of our talented workforce and to support our cultural transformation journey. This is a global position serving all campuses. Your role within the team Performance Management Support the rollout of key performance management cycles (Mid-Year Review, End-of-Year Assessment, Goal Setting). Drive system improvements and ensure the delivery of clear documentation, training, communication, and user support. Multi-stakeholder Feedback Enhance the multi-stakeholder feedback process by improving the HRIS platform and developing tutorials and guidelines to ensure high-quality feedback. Coordinate related communication, training, and support materials to enhance the culture of feedback across the School. All-Staff Development Programme – Growing Together 3 Coordinate the implementation of a School-wide development programme. Manage stakeholders, logistics, communication, and feedback collection to ensure relevance and continuous improvements throughout the journey. Senior Leadership Development Programme – INSEAD Management Forum (IMF) Support the deployment of an executive development programme for senior leaders. Oversee coordination with stakeholders, communication efforts, logistics, and feedback gathering Culture Continue the journey to bring the Behavioural Framework to life across teams by developing initiatives / on-boarding / reinforcing the messages The ideal candidate profile Master in HR 5 to 8 years of work experience in an international environment; minimum of 5 years in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or a related project management role Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders Experience with HRIS / talent management systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar) is a plus Strong project management and organisational skills — able to manage multiple priorities, plan effectively, and deliver results on time Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; comfortable engaging with senior leaders, faculty, and staff in a multicultural environment Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making Proficiency in developing engaging training, documentation, and communication materials, with confident presentation skills Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken Listens actively to client concerns and ensure their needs are met with efficiency and care Curious, eager to learn, adaptable to change, and motivated to grow in their roles A team player who works effectively with others, readily share information, and support a collaborative work environment Solution driven & proactive; High sense of confidentiality Passionate about fostering a strong organisational culture and enabling people’s growth Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-changing environment; able to quickly initiate and drive new initiatives Kindly submit your application along with a CV in English.
