Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Organize project kickoff meetings and ensure all project requirements are completed in line with company procedures.
Ensure projects are executed in accordance with the project management system, procedures, and contractual requirements.
Implement and manage project controls, including contract management, claims management, risk management, and change management.
Identify and mitigate project scope changes through the Management of Change (MOC) process.
Provide regular project updates and forecasts covering project completion, cash milestones, margins, on-time delivery, and resource requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for all project administration matters with the customer.
Foster effective collaboration between engineering teams, systems, and project packages where applicable.
Document lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities for future reference.
Lead and coordinate all project team members and functions, including engineering, project services, manufacturing, and other stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and alignment.
