REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technology or product-driven organizations.
Strong experience in Scrum of Scrums or managing multiple projects/squads in parallel.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience in scaled Agile frameworks a plus.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe, etc.) are a plus.
