Then take on a key role in our operational project management.

In this position, you manage projects from contract signing to handover to logistics and ensure smooth implementation together with manufacturers and internal departments.

Your tasks:

• You take over projects after the contract is signed and manage them until successful series production and delivery.
• You plan projects in a structured way using our in-house PM software and keep track of deadlines, milestones and progress.
• You coordinate internal and external project stakeholders and ensure a smooth process.
• You communicate closely with our manufacturers, especially in Asia, and manage the implementation together with the local partners.
• You will work together with internal departments such as product management, quality assurance, logistics and engineering.
• You organize votes, clarify open issues, and develop pragmatic solutions to challenges.
• You coordinate product testing with manufacturers and external testing institutes.
• You evaluate samples and test results together with the project team.
• You oversee the production process — from prototypes to series production to handover to logistics.
• You plan, coordinate, and review product-related documents such as packaging, operating instructions, and other printed materials.
• If necessary, you will travel to suppliers and production facilities to support projects directly on site.
