  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits and financial resources are used efficiently.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that all changes are documented, approved, and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
  • Safety Leadership: Actively demonstrate corporate safety culture, lead safety discussions on projects, and support the onsite site construction activities emphasizing safety and quality.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal impact on project progress while actively managing associated cost impacts.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements through regular reviews, periodic audits, and turnover documentation tracking.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Supply Chain Management: Work with our integrated Supply Chain team for regional contractor engagement, development of scopes of work, request for proposals (RFPs), and providing feedback on contract related items. Issuance of associated Release Orders (RO) and Purchase Orders (PO) under the correct contracts for the appropriate services and materials required.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring that objectives are met and identifying areas for improvement. Prepare formal reports, address ad hoc inquiries, and provide leadership with project updates.
