CTM Power Ltd. is the exclusive UK subsidiary of Milan-based CTM S.P.A., specialising in the supply of bespoke CTM generator sets. In addition to equipment provision, we deliver comprehensive contracted services including installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of generator systems and their associated infrastructure.
We’re currently seeking a technically proficient Project Manager to join our team at our Hull based office. This role involves leading site operations, with responsibility for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of generator sets and associated plant, including control panels, LV & MV switchgear, fuel storage and transfer systems, and exhaust flue assemblies.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in managing or supervising site works for generator installations and commissioning, or similar projects involving MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) principles, working under CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations on construction sites and adhering to client company policies in various industrial and commercial settings.
  • In date SSSTS/SMSTS Qualification, as well as technical qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability and drive to work under own initiative is essential.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the site aspects of installation, commissioning and maintenance of generators, and associated equipment on construction, industrial and commercial sites and premises.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the business on site, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Flexibility to travel UK wide with occasional international travel is essential.
  • Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Monitor technical works during the installation and commissioning processes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Draft comprehensive site reports.
  • Assist with tendering processes and dealing with customer enquiries.
