JOB DESCRIPTION :

This person needs to have strong communication skills.
They need to negotiate and hire vendors
Does not need to have built a new warehouse however knowledge in this space is always ideal
Project Manager for a new warehouse build is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the construction
Project, ensuring the facility is built to specifications, integrates necessary systems and technology, and meets operational requirements within budget and timeline. They will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to manage technical deliverables and resolve complex technical issues throughout the construction process.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

• Technical project management: 6 years (Required)
• Warehouse: 6 years (Required)
• Retail: 5 years (Required)
• Warehouse build: 3 years (Required)
