Position Summary: Vertiv is focusing on overhauling the technology landscape of the Service business and requires an IT Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to drive requirement gathering, align on priorities, plan activities and follow up with implementation to make sure business requirements are met and the adopted technologies provide the expected value. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, and it will be responsible for capturing requirements, translating the requirement to technical documentation, aligning with developers on efforts and monitoring execution of changes. This role requires analytical skills, understanding of IT systems, integrations, and service processes. The activities in scope are related to the implementation of additional functionalities, enhancements, re-engineering of software applications, and related integrations, used to sustain and improve Vertiv Service business. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Documentation Facilitate discussions with stakeholders, document and validate business requirements Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for developers. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT/development teams. Create effective presentations to clarify deliverables and plans Solution Design, and Quality Assurance Contribute to the technical solutioning discussions with the developers Define and lead the delivery plan to implement the technical solution Testing & Quality Assurance Overview of the change management process to rollout changes Define and support functional, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles. Track defects, issues, and resolutions to ensure system quality. Interactions Managers or functional people in the Service line of business Managers and developers people in the IT Department 3rd Party Vendors Qualifications & Requirements Education Master/bachelor’s degree with preference for Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study Experience 5+ year of experience in the role of IT Business Analyst or Project Manager in global context Requirements Fluency in English (oral and written) Strong ability to work effectively with business managers, leading business process analysis and documenting requirements Strong ability to lead the delivery in IT projects in global contexts Strong ability to work effectively with developers and IT operations staff Good knowledge of IT enterprise architecture and applications landscape Good knowledge of ITSM processes Good knowledge of Agile development methodology Is a plus: Knowledge of Oracle enterprise solutions: Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle CX Sales and Service (Redwood) Oracle Digital Assistance Oracle EBS Knowledge of ServiceNow, or other enterprise ticketing system Knowledge of Jira, or similar Agile project management tools Professional certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
