Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The IT Project Manager will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes while managing risks, timelines, and resources. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure * Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets * Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders * Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests * Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to leadership * Ensure projects align with business objectives and IT standards * Facilitate meetings, sprint planning (if Agile), and retrospectives * Ensure documentation, compliance, and quality standards are met Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 3–7+ years of experience managing IT or software projects * Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, and/or cloud environments * Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies * Proficiency with project management tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.) * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications * PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or Agile certification * Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams * Background in cybersecurity, ERP, cloud migration, or systems integration * Vendor and contract management experience Key Skills * Project planning & execution * Risk & stakeholder management * Budget & resource management * Problem solving & decision making * Technical and business communication Work Environment * Hybrid / Remote / On-site (customize as needed) * Fast-paced, collaborative IT environment Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
