Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects, ensuring they align with business goals. Leverage human resources, technical and financial processes and structures to support enterprise wide change. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets leveraging High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentation to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project scope, risks, issues and change requests. Manage the project management delivery and is a subject matter expert in Information Technology project management principles, techniques and best practices. Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Lead and support cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management lifecycle methodology. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely project delivery. Requirements Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
