Description
TechOp Solutions is seeking a motivated Project Manager who is responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, and management of all project activities in support of the contract. The PM ensures all project deliverables, milestones, schedules, and performance standards are met in accordance with the Federal Regulations and organizational policies. Recruiter Note: Candidate Must have Government Experience Duties Lead day-to-day operations of a federal program and ensure all requirements are met and SOPs are followed. Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership. Monitor inventory of equipment and identify low-stock or allocation issues. Deliver required daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports Supervise project staff ensuring clear tasking and workload distribution. Other duties, as assigned 5-25 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading multi-year federal or complex operational programs. Bachelor’s Degree Strong experience with deployment, relocation, transportation, or decommissioning of Government equipment Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. Familiarity with government standards and reference guides for federal equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), project management tools, and collaboration platforms. Background in quality assurance and process improvement IND123
