TTI is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in 31 Gilby Rd, Mount Waverley, VIC, 3149. Reporting to the General Manager, Strategy & Projects, your key duties will include:
SUMMARY
This is a brand new role within our Strategy and Projects team and will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of the Consumer Division’s strategic program of work.
WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY INVOLVES
Make sure projects are well scoped and are delivered on time and within budget.
Ensure progress of projects is communicated to the right stakeholders at the right time
Recommend project changes are appropriately tested prior to raising for approval
Make sure project communications plans and forums are well designed and executed to reduce friction between all stakeholders as well as to maximise adoption of the change.
Take a proactive approach to team and business engagement, seeking to identify and champion improvement opportunities whilst safeguarding the TTI company values
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Five plus years of experience within PMO environments and reporting project progress within a Project Portfolio Management framework
An effective leader who can motivate and mobilise a broad set of stakeholders to achieve a set of project objectives
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
Expert initiative and creative problem-solving skills
Post graduate qualification in Business Management / Project Management
