Project Manager Application Deadline: 6 April 2026 Department: Federal Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Indianapolis, IN Compensation: $115,000 - $165,000 / year Description TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to support a Federal government client in a fast-paced, highly structured environment. This role provides full lifecycle project management support for facilities construction, renovation, and sustainment initiatives. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of projects while ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations, financial controls, and program management best practices. This position requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external servicing agencies to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: Provide Acquisition Support, including assistance with procurement planning, requirements documentation (SOW/PWS/PRD), market research, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), and analysis of alternatives Support Funding Management & Budget activities, including tracking funding actions, managing financial data in SAP, submitting Purchase Requisition Requests (PRRs), and updating project costs in TRIRIGA (or replacement systems) Support Facility Operations Management by monitoring maintenance activities, assisting in repair solution development, and ensuring compliance with permits and warranties Oversee every phase of facilities construction and alteration projects from initiation through closeout Develop and validate project requirements in coordination with end users and servicing agencies (e.g., USACE, GSA, FAA) Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, scope, budget, and performance metrics Conduct site visits and prepare construction progress reports, documenting alterations, construction quality, and adherence to specifications Support Quality Assurance planning and implementation, including performance metrics, risk mitigation, corrective actions, and monthly quality audits Conduct risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and monthly reporting Prepare and manage configuration control documentation and track change requests Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained in systems of record including SharePoint, SAP, TRIRIGA, and WMS Support project closeout activities, including consolidation of as-builts, O&M manuals, equipment lists, and final documentation Develop reports and briefings for senior leadership and support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting requirements Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Federal acquisition support and documentation Construction project management Facilities and infrastructure oversight Budget and funding management Schedule development and tracking Risk management and mitigation planning Quality assurance and compliance monitoring Configuration control and change management Stakeholder coordination and executive reporting Government systems data management (TRIRIGA, SAP, SharePoint) Benefits: TeleSolv Consulting offers a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match; paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays); short- and long-term disability coverage; life insurance; and opportunities for professional development and training.
