We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the Programmes and Change Team for a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2026.

The first is to implement a business case for home-based prevention and intermediate care, which will include the procurement of multiple health and social care services and the mobilisation of new contracts for Spring 2026, working in partnership with the NHS programme management team.
The second project is the development of a new joint carers strategy for children, young people and adults which will include the coordination of governance as part of the business case, the procurement and mobilisation of the new service, and change management of the new delivery model for the Summer 2026.
